WEBSITE ERRORS

We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

DELIVERY

If an item is urgently needed please check stock by telephone before ordering the item, as our web site does NOT give stock availability, our web site does not show LIVE stock. Usual delivery for items in stock is 2-3 working days, for items out of stock please allow up to 21 days.

If goods are not in stock an expected delivery date will be provided by email.
If you order goods with different availability dates, we will hold them until the last one is available for delivery.

The goods will be delivered to you at the address given in your order.

Once the goods have been delivered, they will be at your risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. You must inspect the goods on delivery, and if any of them are damaged, incorrect or missing, you must email to tell us within 7 working days of delivery. You must give us a fair chance to inspect goods that you tell us have been delivered damaged or are incorrect.

All deliveries are made by third party carriers.  If our carrier is not able to make delivery of the goods at the address you have given at any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, they will either be stored at the carrier’s depot nearest that address until you can collect them, or the carrier will attempt to redeliver them to that address.

Although goods in stock at time of order will normally be despatched within 3 working days of the date of order, we will not be liable for loss or expense incurred as a result of delay in delivery arising out of any cause whatsoever.

You will receive an email on purchase to confirm your order number, items ordered, your delivery address and the total price. Please check this carefully and notify us if you spot any discrepancies in the order.

PO Box delivery addresses will not be accepted as point of delivery, a signature will be required as proof of delivery for all deliveries.
If good are refused at the delivery address through no fault of ourselves, all further re-delivery costs will be born by you.

 

PERFORMANCE

It is your responsibility to determine that the goods are sufficient and suitable for the purpose to which they are to be put.  We cannot accept any responsibility either in respect of the installation of any goods or as to the ultimate performance of any product in which the goods may be installed. We shall in no way be liable from any defect or inefficiency caused by the manner in which the goods are used.

DEFECTS AFTER DELIVERY

All goods supplied by us are manufactured by others. Accordingly, we shall pass on to you the benefit of the warranty, if any, given by the manufacturer of the goods. Our liability under this Clause shall be in lieu of any warranty or condition implied by law as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the goods and we shall not be under any liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in respect of any defects in goods delivered or for any injury damage or loss resulting from such defects or from anything done or omitted in connection with the goods or from any work done in connection therewith. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

ACCEPTANCE

There will be no contract between you and us unless and until we despatch the goods to you.  At this point, the contract for their supply will be entered into between you and us.  At any time until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason, and we will notify you by email as soon as possible.  If we decline to supply any of the goods, and payment has already been taken from your credit or debit card, we will credit your card with the price of the goods concerned within 30 days of having declined your order, but we will not have any liability to you for compensation for disappointment suffered, expense incurred or otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of customers orders placed with the Company must be in writing (letter or email) telephone cancellations will not be accepted .If goods have been specially ordered for a customer they are non returnable.  See Distance Selling Regulations.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

You have the right to return the goods within 7 working days from the day after on that which the goods are received by you.

Written notice must be given by you to: info@gws.ltd  We will then supply you with a returns number (please quote on package).

You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods (and original packaging) received and ‘restore’ them to us for a refund, both the outward and return postage & packing cost will be at your expense. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service on returnable items to give proof of return.

Goods specially made to your specifications are NOT covered by these regulations and are non returnable.

Your postage & packing costs are non refundable.

Under The sale of Goods Act.
You have the right to return goods if not suitable for the purpose sold.

LAW

The quotation and any contract that shall result there from shall be governed in all respects by the internal laws of England

 

Carriage and Delivery Policy to UK mainland

The Company reserves the right to charge £10.00 carriage & packing on deliveries of orders under £100.00  however consigned. Special delivery requests by the purchaser will be charged at the true dispatch cost. Every effort is made to adhere to delivery dates where quoted but the Company cannot be responsible for loss or damage arising through failure to deliver on the due date.

There will be an extra charges export orders

There will be a £10.00 delivery charge on orders under £100.00. There will also be a delivery charge on heavy bulky or fragile items, this charge will appear in the basket at the check out.

Returns Policy

The Company disclaims liability for goods returned without the consent of the Company.  In order for any goods to be returned, an email must be sent to info@gws.ltd or advised in writing within 7 working days quoting the Company’s web order ref. (GwOr….) or advice note number to obtain a returns number. The Company disclaims liability for any returns whilst in transit to the Company. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service.

When arranging for the return of good please confirm the reason for return and the cost of shipment by e-mail to info@gws.ltd we will supply a returns number and credit will be issued.

Reimbursement for shipping will be paid for damaged or faulty goods.
Goods may be liable to a return carriage charge at your cost.

Within 7 Days for items in stock
Within 14 Days for non-stock items
If longer than 14 days you will receive an email inform you for an approximate delivery date

European and international Deliveries

We will advise on the extra costs and extended delivery for Export orders.
