I’ve used these guys on several occasions for various electrical & plumbing DIY jobs since moving to the area.
They are all very friendly and extremely helpful.
My latest visit was for help with a DIY water feature project using an old tap.
Didn’t know what I was looking for but after explaining that I needed something to lengthen the tap inlet, within a few minutes the problem was solved at a low cost.
I’m always impressed with the service here.

Had a leaky toilet issue for weeks, regularly emptying buckets.
Took a few pictures of the pipe connections and showed them to the lads behind the counter. 30 minutes later, the leak was fixed and the stress relieved.

Purchased all my electrical and plumbing products for my home whilst doing an extension.
It was hard to work out what I needed, but every staff member was so helpful in getting me it all sorted.
Most of what I needed was in stock that day; if not, it came the next day, which was amazing.

I needed a new toilet, cheap and fast!
The team were helpful, great price, and as someone who knows very little about plumbing, very helpful.
No upsales or messing around, and made sure this was stock put aside and put safely in my car as quickly as possible.
