Certain products we supply require special delivery charges due to their nature. This is normally dependant on the size, weight and how fragile the item is. The charges are explained below.
P.O.A.
Certain products are very hard to deliver. Because of this delivery services will only quote on application to deliver these items. If you require one of these items you will be advised of the additional delivery charge when ordering your product. You can then decide if you wish to continue with your order or receive a full refund.
Long Items
Deliveries over 1.6 meters incur an additional £20.00 at point of sale. If you require one of these items your order with delivery will be calculated at point of sale ready for you to complete on.
Certain Shower Screens and Bathroom Items
Certain shower screens and bathroom pannels although are larger and delicate do not need to have a pallet delivery. For these items an additional delivery charge of £35.00 will be made. Saving you £15.00 on delivery compared with pallet deliveries.
Delicate Items
Larger delicate items, including chinaware and glass, have to be sent via pallet. If you order any items that are required to be send via pallet, your order will incur an additional £50.00 delivery charge. It is also very important that you make sure someone is at the delivery address at the time and date that we arrange with you.
