Applications
The heat detector is best used in situations where there is constant smoke or mist in the atmosphere, such as a kitchen or a garage, and consequently ionisation or optical smoke detectors would not be effective. This alarm must be interconnected with smoke alarms on escape routes.

Automatic reset facility so the unit will reset automatically when the temperature drops below the preset level
Built in sounder to give a sound output of minimum 85dB(A) at 3m

Test button to simulate the effect of heat and tests sensor, electronics and horn - use to check performance at least monthly
