The warm tile mat system has been specially developed to provide heat under tiles to eliminate the uncomfortable feel of ceramic and terracotta tiles.The small diameter (3mm) of the cable minimises the increase in floor height and the pre-assembly of the cable on the mat ensures even heat and keeps installation time to a minimum. By the simple process of cutting the webbing material the mat can be fitted to the desired area shape.The assembly may now be covered in preparation for the application of the tile. To ensure the maximum comfort the floor temperature should be operated at between 20 and 25°C. A quality thermostat to control this is strongly recommended. A thermostat should be used to hold the floor at a comfortable temperature, usually about 24°C. Floor temperature controls should always be use.
